About

DEUCE Community offers a re-entry program designed for recently incarcerated or paroled individuals. Co-founded by Campbell Lillard, who spent ten years in Texas state prison, and Logan Gelbrich, a former professional athlete, the program is rooted in physical and mental health, and is staffed by case managers with lived experience in the justice system.

Through tailored, coordinated programming that includes case management, mentorship, leadership development, and more, DEUCE Community provides participants with the support and guidance to rebuild their lives and find stability and success.

This program is designed for recently incarcerated or paroled individuals and includes the following:

Case Management: Personalized support plans to help participants navigate resources and achieve goals, including assistance with job training and placement.

Lived-Experience Mentorship: Structured guidance from mentors who have experience in the justice system.

Leadership Development: Self-paced and in-person coaching to encourage confidence and accountability amongst participants.

  • Coach’s Prep: A program designed to train participants to coach within DEUCE Community or to enhance their leadership skills.

Entrepreneurial Training: Business development courses to support economic independence.

  • Business Prep 101: A 13-week program that provides participants with the knowledge, tools, and resources to pursue their business ideas, encouraging economic independence and sustainability. The free course offers a framework that DEUCE Gym has used to grow.

Community and Partner Workouts: At the heart of the DEUCE Community re-entry program are regular workouts at DEUCE Gym to encourage connection, goal setting, and the use of movement as a tool for personal accountability and growth.

  • All are welcome
  • Weekly workouts
  • Breath and exposure classes (sauna + cold plunge)

Housing Assistance: The DEUCE Community re-rentry program offers supportive housing for recently paroled participants if needed. Case managers can also help participants find alternative housing if the DEUCE Community house is not available or if there’s a better fit for their needs.

This program is focused on providing physical education classes and after-school fitness programs for underserved young people facing systemic challenges.

DEUCE Community’s transformative Limitless Youth program blends physical education, leadership development, and real-world entrepreneurial training to help young people build the skills and confidence to thrive. Participants learn to set goals, regulate emotions, and take ownership of their personal growth. The program includes DEUCE Community’s Business Prep 101 course, which introduces students to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business fundamentals. The course was developed based on feedback from participants who wanted more real-world skills and alternatives to traditional academic paths.

The Limitless Youth program is rooted in a culture of trust and shared leadership. Participants are empowered to take on greater responsibility and ultimately mentor their peers, helping them build the self-reliance to create pathways to economic mobility.
